RETURN POLICY

Returns

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is returned with all original parts, components, and packaging intact.

  2. The product shows normal handling only; damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be returned clean and unused.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. Oliardi reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear worn, used, or damaged through no fault of our own.


How Do I Return My Order?

To request a return, please email support@oliardi.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Customer full name

  • Customer address

Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send returns without confirmation.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the purchase was made for personal, non-commercial use.


Cancellation Conditions

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
As we operate an automated fulfillment system, orders are typically processed within this timeframe. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible until the order is delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Oliardi by email. The withdrawal is completed once the goods are received back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygienic or sanitary products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards and digital products


Shipments Already in Transit

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until delivery and then initiate a return. You may notify us of your intent to return in advance.

To ensure faster processing, please provide shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are made using the original payment method.


Return Shipping Responsibility

All costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
